This Time (Eurovision song) : ウィキペディア英語版
This Time (William Mangion song)

"This Time" was the Maltese entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1993, performed in English by William Mangion.
The song is a dramatic ballad, inspired somewhat by the soul music tradition. Mangion addresses himself to a lover whose infidelity he has recently discovered, telling her that their relationship is over and that "this time I'll be strong, I won't fall in love again".
The song was performed eighth on the night (following Belgium's Barbara Dex with "Iemand als jij" and preceding Iceland's Inga with "Þá veistu svarið"). At the close of voting, it had received 69 points, placing 8th in a field of 25.
A Maltese language version was also recorded, titled "Issa".
It was succeeded as Maltese representative at the 1994 Contest by Chris & Moira (both of whom provided backing vocals for Mangion) with "More Than Love".
